HEARTSMUN 2026 – STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS

Participants: 12 Students from Hindustan International School, accompanied by 2 Teachers

Introduction

Hindustan International School students participated in HEARTSMUN 2026, a three-day Model United Nations conference held at Heartfulness International School from 28th to 30th August 2026. The conference provided students with an excellent platform to engage in committee discussions, develop diplomatic skills, and demonstrate their knowledge, confidence, communication, and public-speaking abilities.

Event Overview

The conference commenced on 28th August with registration, networking, and the Inauguration Ceremony. The following days included committee sessions, networking opportunities, wellness sessions, and social interactions, providing students with a meaningful and enriching MUN experience. The conference concluded on 30th August with the Awards and Closing Ceremony, where students were recognised for their outstanding performance.

Student Achievements

The students represented the school with great enthusiasm and dedication. Six students received special recognition:

● Best Delegate: Veeksha Karthik and Aditya Malick
● High Commendation: Raksha and Shaktheeswari
● Verbal Mention: Avyukt and Calvin

These achievements reflect the students’ research, communication, diplomacy, critical thinking, and leadership skills demonstrated throughout the conference.

Objectives and Outcomes

Participation in HEARTSMUN 2026 enabled students to:

● Develop public speaking, research, teamwork, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Gain exposure to MUN procedures, diplomatic discussions, international relations, and global issues.
● Strengthen critical thinking, decision-making, and persuasive communication through committee sessions.

● Build confidence, collaboration, diplomacy, and respect for diverse perspectives.

Conclusion

HEARTSMUN 2026 was a valuable learning experience that enhanced students’ communication, leadership, diplomatic, and critical-thinking skills. The recognition received by six students is a proud achievement for the school and reflects their hard work, preparation, confidence, and commitment.
