International Yoga Day

“Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim, the better your practice, the brighter your flame”

With this profound thought, the celebrations of International Yoga Day began in the early hours of the School. The children of Hindustan International School, Guindy participated in the International Yoga Day with great zest and gusto performing the different Asanas. The Yoga instructor elaborated on the benefits of the various asanas. It was truly an enlightening day where the students and staff were involved for the benefit of their health.
