INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2018-19

The Investiture ceremony of HIS, Guindy was held with great enthusiasm for the academic year 2018-19 today in the school auditorium at 10:00 am. It was a solemn occasion where the new Prefectorial body was bestowed with responsibilities in different arenas of the functioning of the school. The student council members felt great pride in receiving their prestigious badges and sash from the Chief Guest Commander Krishnan who has served the Indian Navy for more than 26 years in various capacities across the country. Our esteemed Principal Mrs.SunmitaShindeArun also presided over the event.
It was an auspicious moment for all to see the leaders taking their oath in unison under the leadership of the School Captain Master. Isaac Louis. The Chief Guest appreciated the efforts put forward by the school and the teachers for providing an opportunity to the students to take part in activities such as this. He also congratulated the newly appointed school council members. The School Captain proposed the vote of thanks and the function ended with the national anthem.
