Leadership Camp 2025

Introduction

The Leadership Camp was conducted for students of Classes 10 to 12 with the objective of instilling leadership skills, fostering teamwork, and strengthening interpersonal relationships. The program combined motivational sessions, physical activities, and cultural experiences, providing students with both learning and enjoyment.

Detailed Agenda and Activities

  • Registration and Welcome (4:30 pm)
    Students registered for the camp and were provided snacks (samosas and tea). The agenda for the camp was shared.
  • Ice-Breaker Session
    Interactive activities were conducted to help students relax and build team spirit.
  • Pep Talk by Ms. Praveena Moses (6:00 pm)
    • Engaged the students with an energetic and interactive session.
    • Conducted a competition between teachers and students, won by the students’ team.
    • Organized the “Newspaper Tower” activity, where students were divided into four groups. The winning team explained their teamwork strategy, and the concept of leadership versus bossism was emphasized by the speaker.
  • Friendly Cricket Match (7:00 pm)
    A cricket match between teachers and students was conducted, promoting sportsmanship and camaraderie.
  • Dinner (8:00 pm)
    Dinner was served, including pizza, donuts, veg fried rice, and Gobi Manchurian. Students enjoyed the meal and socialized with peers.
  • Campfire Session (9:00 pm)
    Despite cloudy and rainy weather, the campfire created a lively atmosphere.

    • Students sang, played music, and danced around the fire.
    • Individual and group performances showcased student talent.
    • The session concluded with group dances and celebration.
  • Lights Out (10:00 pm)
    Students retired for the night after a successful first day.
  • Morning Yoga and Walk (Next Day)
    Students participated in a yoga session followed by a refreshing campus walk.
  • Breakfast and Dispersal (8:00 am)
    Sandwiches were served for breakfast. Students dispersed thereafter.

Outcomes of the Camp

  • Improved leadership skills through role delegation and teamwork.
