KIDS MBA Culmination Shark Tank Program
Hindustan International School (HIS), Guindy, hosted the culmination event of its pioneering Kids MBA program, where 13 teams of young entrepreneurs from its three campuses showcased their innovative ideas and prototypes. The event, held at the Hindustan Auditorium, marked the successful conclusion of a program that equipped students with entrepreneurship skills and leadership qualities.
Launched in July 2024 in collaboration with ABE Global Accreditation, the Kids MBA program provides young minds with a platform to develop business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. The event was part of the efforts of Dr. Anand Jacob Verghese, Chairman of Hindustan Group of Institutions (HGI), to nurture the next generation of leaders and innovators.
The students presented a diverse array of projects, from tech-driven products to sustainable business solutions, highlighting the hands-on learning approach of the program. Teams had the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of distinguished judges, including Mr. Ramchandran, CEO of ARBA Agrotech Pvt. Ltd., Mr. George S. Christopher, CEO of MacApp Studio, and Mr. Vijaysabari Mugunthan, Managing Director of Kodivian. The judges were impressed by the creativity and entrepreneurial drive demonstrated by the students.
The top teams were:
- Third Place: Team Robostart (Pranav Sagar, Avyukth, Harshil Jain) – Robotic Kit for children.
- Second Place: Team Silent Talk (Nithila, Samyuktha, Ashmitha, Bala Ragav) – AI Lip Reading and Sign Language Earbuds.
- First Place: Team AURA H2O (Shairithvic, Sudev, Ryan, Rayline) – Smart Hydration Tracking Water Bottle.
