FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 2024-25

Faculty Development programmes at Hindustan International Schools are organised to nurture the philosophy of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and build the capacity and competencies of the faculty members in the teaching-learning system and other Academic Process of the school .The programme aims to improve the faculty’s pedagogical and other skills and familiarise them with teaching strategies and resources.It is necessary that we equip our Educators with core and professional skills which is vital to the development and improvement of the institution. An Exclusive induction programe was organised to strengthen the professional competency and induct & groom the new faculty too
