Puppet Show

As a part of an Enrichment Programme-“CONNEXION” to connect our present generation to their traditions (roots) a Puppet Show along with traditional games like Pittu garem, Pallaguzhi , Kabbadi, Poshampa, Hopscotch , Fire on the Mountain, The Fantocinni show, Balancing stones were organized by HIS, karapakkam for K.G. to VIII. The show was a joyful learning experience for the little storytellers. The students from classes K.G. to VIII had the pleasure of watching and being a part of the puppet show. The children enjoyed watching the 3 little pigs story unfolding before them. The puppeteer, Ms.Priyamai, Ms.Priya Karthikeyan, Ms.Uma, Ms.Kalyani,Ms.Anni Ann Mathew, Ms.Mary Elizabeth engrossed the students with their voice modulation and effective use of creative puppets. They also encouraged the audience to be a part of the story with their participation and responses. The little storytellers also learnt the art of narrating a story effectively. The squeals and the laughter of the students was the proof of the joy and fun they experienced during the show.
