Tribute to Dr.APJ.Abdul Kalam

We salute APJ Abdul Kalam and celebrate his monumental achievements as a Scientist, Scholar and the President of India. We fondly remember his passion for teaching, education and for reading. Dr. Abdul Kalam truly ignited young minds with the power to think and innovate. Dr. Kalam is not with us today but his thoughts, ideals and vision for India live on forever.

On 27th July,2018 HIS,Karapakkam celebrated “Dr.Abdul Kalam Day”. We had a Special assembly and Our Principal Ms. Iris Theodore, expressed her view and asked the students to immolate the good qualities like humility, perseverance and welfare of the society. The assembly came to end with the Speech given by our School Captain Ms. Nakshtra. Inter-House English Club Members conducted QUIZ and DEBATE . Nelson Mandela House won the First place in Quiz and Abraham Lincoln House won the First place in Debate. It was indeed a great day spent meaningfully.
