Kindergarten Graduation – 2018-19 – HIS Karapakkam

“Graduation is an exciting time. It is both an ending and a beginning. It is warm memories of the past and big dreams for the future”.

The school organised Graduation Ceremony-“Metamorphosis” for the students of Senior KG on 1ST March , 2019. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. Ramesh Baskaran, Correspondent of Geetha Matriculation Higher secondary School, Chennai. He emphasized on the need for educationists to pay more attention on learning and not demanding the students to come up with the so called “right answers”. He said this because in the pressure for right answers the students stop exploring for knowledge.

The principal welcomed the gathering and thanked the Kindergarteners for showering so much of unconditional love to all around, praying that they will remain the same and that God will bless them richly as they step into the formal schooling years..

The programme began with invocation by Grade-1 children followed by a welcome dance by Junior-KG children. Tableau on Metamorphosis-the theme was performed by Senior-KG children.

The most important part of the day- Graduation Ceremony started with the smart tiny tots of Senior KG dressed in graduation robes and caps walking the stage. The Principal along with the Chief Guest felicitated the students with Certificate of Graduation. Children looked all pretty in their graduation robes and caps. The programme ended with the vote of thanks by Ms Aarthy, one of the mentors of Kindergarten.

It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for the little ones as they received their Graduation Certificates having dreams in their eyes to go to the next level of schooling.
