HIS KOREO -2025

Hindustan International School (HIS) successfully hosted “KOREO,” an energetic and diverse inter-school dance competition. The event aimed to showcase student talent across various dance genres, foster healthy competition, and celebrate cultural expression. Participants spanned Grades I to XII from HIS branches (HISK, HISP, HISG).

A panel of accomplished dance experts adjudicated the performances:

• Ms. Sneha C S:  Director – Finance at Nivas & Exponent in Classical and Kathak (Expertise in traditional forms).
• Mr. Saines Jeyaprakash:  Member of Spring Boots Dance Crew (Expertise in contemporary/crew styles).
• Mr. Ganesh Vikram:  Member of Spring Boots Dance Crew (Expertise in contemporary/crew styles).

The event celebrated a wide spectrum of dance, from pure Indian Classical/Folk to Freestyle, Fusion, and Contemporary.

KOREO proved to be a vibrant and successful platform for students of Hindustan International School to exhibit their passion, skill, and creativity in dance. The event effectively blended cultural heritage with contemporary expression, fostering school spirit and healthy competition. The presence of esteemed dignitaries and a qualified judging panel added significant prestige to the occasion. The event concluded on a high note with the recognition of outstanding talent during the prize distribution.
