A motivational session titled “Identifying the Inner Self and Life Aspirations” was conducted for students to help them understand their strengths, interests, and long-term goals
The session began with guided reflection exercises where students were encouraged to think about their passions, talents, and qualities that make them unique. Worksheets and thought-provoking questions helped them gain deeper self-awareness. Various outdoor and indoor team challenges encouraged collaboration, coordination, patience, and leadership among participants. Through guided reflection and group sharing, students learned about emotions, empathy, and healthy ways to manage stress.
The session concluded with a short mindfulness and visualization exercise, where students imagined their future selves and the path leading to their desired achievements. A Bonfire Night was organized as part of the outdoor activities to provide students with an enjoyable and memorable experience. The event aimed to promote togetherness, relaxation, and fun after a day of learning and activities. Students and teachers gathered around the bonfire to enjoy music, games, and refreshments in a safe and supervised environment.
An Exercise and Drill Session was organised in the morning to promote physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork among students. The session aimed to improve students’ endurance, coordination, alertness, and overall well-being. Trained instructors supervised the activities to ensure proper techniques and safety.
As part of the camp/educational exposure program, students visited the Officers Training Academy (OTA) to gain insights into the training, discipline, and lifestyle of officers in the Indian Army. The visit aimed at inspiring students, instilling patriotism, and providing firsthand experience of military training and values.
